  • An example of personalized advertising would be if an advertising partner learns that you like cars. This way we can show you ads about cars.

Race or ethnic origin, political views, religious beliefs, etc. We do not collect special categories of Personal Data as defined in the GDPR, which includes sensitive information such as.

  • Personal Data collected in line with Uptide's legitimate interests will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes. Once the User has consented to such processing, Uptide may be allowed to store Personal Data for a longer period of time, unless such consent is withdrawn. Additionally, Uptide may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period of time when this is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or upon the order of an authority.

 

Personal Data will be deleted when the retention period ends. Therefore, the right of access, the right of erasure, the right of rectification and the right of data portability cannot be exercised after the expiration of the storage period.

We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under the Applicable Age Limit. If you are under the Age Limit, do not use the Uptide Service and do not provide us with any personal data.
